  Although we would normally avoid Australian-Chinese restaurants, in Katherine there were few other options. Unable to get a table on our first night due to it's great popularity, we returned (with a booking) with low expectations and initial amusement at the youth of the school age serving staff.
  This amusement changed to admiration as we were served with friendliness, interest and a willingness to help.
  The food arrived quickly and was surprisingly pleasant, with very generous servings. Pretty good for a local restaurant anywhere, and a gem in Katherine with good prices.

  Enjoyed a great dinner. The sizzling Mongolian beef was a stand out. Only disappointment was the service. We ordered Chinese tea with our meal and despite having a starter, the soup, then main meal, or tea only arrived as we stood up to leave an hour after arriving. All this despite reminder the staff multiple times. If you are after a good meal and can handle poor service then I recommend.

  Really enjoyed dinner here despite not wanting to have Chinese again after eating it 3 nights in a row traveling up from Alice springs.
  Shared a bunch of dishes with 14 others. Didn’t wait too long for the food to come out despite being busy. Was a refreshing change from the Chinese we had in Alice springs and tennant creek, this restaurant had more variety on the menu and was actually really tasty!
  Amazed that the young kids working the FOH were managing well with how busy the restaurant was.

  Pretty hard to get good food in Katherine actually, especially since everything closes early. This place does too but they've got a really good chef.
  
  Generous portions and friendly staff.
  
  Tam who runs the place is very personable. She really took care of my family while we were there! Thanks again.

  The food not bad, some of the food bit salty. Good portion and the food come quick. Reasonable price for 4 main and 3 Chinese tea.

  I had been missing chinese food while my long trip. here is the one of the best chinese restaurant on the way. absolutely I will come here if I drive through this town again
